- Moving and switching trailers using the yard light system
- Conducting routine yard checks for inbound and outbound trailers
- Assisting customer carriers with directions and yard procedures
- Maneuvering trailers and backing with precision and confidence
- Keeping the yard running safely and efficiently
- 4×10 hour shifts, 3 days off a week

Qualifications:
- Strong backing skills (tight yards are a must)
- Ability to pass a yard test in a yard truck ( NO TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work
- Valid CA license (NON cdl)
